Prasad Jayaraman
President & CEO
As the President & CEO of Qubera, Prasad manages strategic relationships with customers and partners as well as drives the overall vision and strategy for success at Qubera.
Prasad has over 15 years experience running technology professional services companies globally. Prior to founding Qubera - Prasad was at Fortuna Technologies Inc. There, he engineered Fortuna's growth from a small staffing firm to a recognized leader in the Identity and Access Management space with a 7 country global footprint and over $25 Million in revenue. Fortuna was acquired by MGL Americas, an India based sourcing firm, where Prasad served as VP of Business Development for two years.
Prasad has brokered Qubera's successful partnerships with Sun Microsystems, Oracle, SailPoint, Quest, Novell and other technology vendor. His leadership has driven successful and strategic long-term relationships with Qubera's customers across many varied industries globally.

Jacob Pszonowsky
VP, Business Development
As a founder of Qubera, Jake manages Business Development, Strategic Relationships and Operations. Jake has over 15 years of experience in both consulting and business development with specific success in translating business problems to solutions. As an Alumnus of Netscape, iPlanet, AOL and Sun Microsystems, Jake’s clients span verticals and have included AT&T Wireless, Sprint, Genentech, Western Michigan University, Progressive Insurance, US Army and US DOD, Motorola, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, GM, Vodafone and many others. Jake attended Ohio University studying Computer Science and History. |
Satish Akki
VP, Professional Services
Prior to co-founding Qubera, Satish had 30 years of experience in the IT industry in positions that have ranged from Development to Systems Engineering to Consulting and Management. He has worked at large companies such as Arthur Andersen, McDonnell Douglas, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, British Telecom, GE, AOL and Sun as well as start-ups and smaller companies like Gould, Tymshare, Actra, Netscape, Fortuna and MGL.
Satish runs the delivery organization at Qubera focusing on driving projects to successful completion and driving customer satisfaction.
Satish has a BS degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Madras) and MS (Engineering) and MBA degrees from The University of Texas at Arlington. |
Robb Harvey
VP, Business Development UK
As a founding member, Robb has helped to develop Qubera's growing European presence; leading Qubera's practice in the UK. Prior to his current role, Robb was the VP of Business Development and Partner at MGS in San Diego, CA. Throughout his 13 years of experience in enterprise security solutions, Robb has taken on a number of leadership roles; building a distinguished track record of service to many multinational clients.
Robb is actively engaged in a number of committees and online communities, each working to help shape the policies and standards driving Identity Management and Portal technologies (with firms such as Burton and Gartner). By background, Robb is a certified Enterprise Architect and Security Specialist with extensive experience in delivering high calibre enterprise solutions. He continues to stay abreast of evolving technologies and corporate practices. |
Lynn Bailey
Executive Director, PMO
Lynn Bailey leads the PMO (Project Management Office) for Qubera and is responsible for Project governance and oversight of all Qubera Engagements.
Lynn has over 23 years of experience managing large scale IT solutions. As an Alumnus of GTE, IBM and Sun/iPlanet, Lynn's portfolio spans Fortune 100, DOD, Education, Federal, State and Local Government projects. He has driven millions of dollars in ROI at clients such as General Electric, Verizon/GTE, U.S. Army, Sun/Oracle, Visa, Missouri State Government and many others.
At Qubera, Lynn manages the delivery processes, building upon PMI, Prince2, TL9000, Six Sigma and Agile development methodologies - in addition to providing oversight on Qubera projects, overall planning and mentoring of Qubera resources. He drives Qubera's philosophy of keeping projects simple and equated to the complexity of the requirement of our customers.
Lynn has a BS degree in Food and Computer Science from the University of Missouri.

Toby Emden
Practice Director – Identity Management
Toby Emden leads the Identity Management practice for Qubera, and is responsible for technical governance and architectural oversight of ongoing IAM engagements, and for driving IAM standards and best practices. He has more than ten years’ Identity and Access Management experience in a variety of technical leadership and governance positions, covering enterprise architecture, directory services, cryptographic services, user provisioning, identity management, single sign-on, risk and compliance, role engineering and application security. Over the years, he has developed broad experience leading the successful design and implementation of IAM solutions from Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, IBM Tivoli, Quest, Ingrian and Verisign. He has also led the product architecture and development for several proprietary virtual directory, single sign-on, role analytics and user provisioning solutions.
Prior to joining Qubera, Toby was chief security architect for Travelers Insurance, where he led the I.T. Security portfolio. Prior to entering the world of I.T., he spent several years as an investment professional, specializing in emerging markets and regulatory compliance. Toby studied History and American Studies at Tower Hamlets College in London, England. |
Squire Earle
Director, Product Management
Squire has over 14 years experience in IT with a focusing on identity provisioning, RBAC and access certification. Prior to joining Qubera Squire served as Program Director at American Express where he was responsible for the strategic direction and financial management of the Identity & Access Management Program, delivery of IDM platform capabilities and resource management of onshore and offshore vendor technical teams.
Prior to American Express Squire worked as a professional services Lead Architect and delivered Sun Identity Manager bootcamp training to over 250 implementers and architects worldwide at Neogent. After Neogent's acquisition by Sun Microsystems, he became the Technical Product Manager for Sun Identity Manager, responsible for defining product features, training the technical sales enablement team, delivering product roadmaps to Sun customers and prospects and working with industry analysts to promote the product line. Most recently, Squire served as Program Director at American Express where he was responsible for the strategic direction and financial management of the Identity & Access Management Program, delivery of IDM platform capabilities and resource management of onshore and offshore vendor technical teams.
